MERAKI NUTRITION
I'm Karen, registered Nutritionist & Nutritional Therapist
As a Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist, Karen is dedicated to helping clients to find health and happiness. She strongly believes that there is a plan to suit everyone, no matter your age, life style, work schedule or health issues.
With a strong background in corporate consulting, Karen has worked with clients such as the University of Cambridge and loves the challenge of finding the best solution. Her research into understanding what ‘healthy’ really means and the relationship between body and food has led to a particular interest in digestion, gut health and sustainable weight loss coaching.

THERE’S NO ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. WHETHER VEGETARIAN OR MEAT EATER, ATHLETE OR NOT, YOUR PLAN IS SHAPED AROUND YOUR LIFE AND PREFERENCES.

NUTRITION IS PERSONAL
Karen has years of experience supporting clients with their health concerns. There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution that can address weight loss, skin issues, digestive issues, chronic pain and other health issues. Instead, Karen holds detailed consultations with clients, who appreciate her warm, friendly approach and leave with a tailored, workable plan.
“I understand that feeling of being stuck in the trap of chronic symptoms and the effect this has on emotional and physical health. I love that I can use my knowledge of nutrition to empower others to feel better and live happier lives, with a balanced lifestyle that will last forever.”

When you understand your food choices, you regain control - and that’s where real, lasting change begins.
YOU DESERVE ANSWERS
How can a nutritionist help you?
So many people quietly struggle with ongoing symptoms, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Medications or modern lifestyles can sometimes ease symptoms in the short term, but often add to the problem over time.

While medical care is vital for acute issues, true healing comes from understanding why the body is out of balance in the first place. Nutritional therapy looks deeper - exploring everything from daily habits and emotional stress to diet and environment - to uncover what’s really driving symptoms. With a science-backed, whole-body approach, it’s about helping the body find its way back to optimal health, balance and happiness.
